Layers of roasted red peppers, portobello mushrooms, creamy goat cheese, fresh herbs and organic greens, gently drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar served on a crunchy thin-crust baguette.

The Italian

Homemade porchetta on a ciabatta roll. Delicately herbed and seasoned pork piled high on a bed of bright salsa verde, topped with sweet marinated red onions.

The Californian

A club sandwich with roasted turkey, ripe avocado, Swiss cheese, sliced cucumber, pickled red onion and organic baby lettuces served on multigrain bread.

Salad Niçoise

Oil-packed trout, hard-cooked eggs, Mediterranean capers, cured olives, roasted potatoes, bright haricots vers, dressed with Dijon vinaigrette.

The New Yorker

Chunks of fresh organic chicken with snappy highlights of celery and green apple served with organic greens on a Dutch Crunch roll.
